Every buy-now-pay-later
purchase is on your file now.

Since 2024, buy-now-pay-later plans in the UAE are reported to the credit bureau like any other credit. Most people have no idea. The impact builds quietly, and shows up at the worst possible moment.

Built for the UAE

Your data never leaves
the country. Or your control.

Credit data is the most sensitive there is. We treat it that way, stored in the UAE, stripped of personal identifiers before any AI sees it, and built to the UAE’s data-protection law from day one.

Read our security approach

Stored in the UAE

Your data is stored in the UAE under Federal Decree-Law No. 45. Cross-border processors are named in our Privacy Policy.

PII-stripping middleware

Your name, Emirates ID and account numbers are removed before data reaches the AI engine. Zero leakage by design.

AES-256 encryption

Bank-grade encryption at rest and in transit. Credentials are never stored in plaintext, never logged.

No bank linking

We never ask for your banking credentials. You simply upload your credit report. Savvy never connects to your accounts and can never move money or make changes on your behalf.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Is Savvy really free?

Yes. Savvy is free to use. The AECB report itself costs AED 84 from the bureau today. Direct access is what we're building next, so it won't. Uploading that report, seeing your score, the five factors that move it and the accounts on your file costs nothing, no credit card required. Paid plans add the full simulator, dispute tools and deeper guidance.

Does checking my score hurt it?

No. You're uploading your own credit report, so viewing it in Savvy has zero impact on your score, checking your own credit is always a soft, invisible action. Only hard enquiries from lenders, when you actually apply for credit, affect your score.

How does Savvy see my credit data?

You download your official credit report and upload it to Savvy. We decode it instantly, your score, your factors and every account on your file. Savvy never connects to your bank and can never move money; you're always in control of what you share.

Is my data safe?

Your account data is stored in the UAE, in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45. Your personal identifiers are stripped out before any data reaches our AI engine, everything is encrypted with AES-256, and the report file you upload is never stored at all. Some specialist providers process data outside the UAE under contractual safeguards — we list every one of them in our Privacy Policy.

What can Savvy read from my report?

Savvy reads every account already on your credit report, your cards, loans and buy-now-pay-later plans. Nothing to connect: if it's on your report, Savvy sees it and explains it in plain language.

Stop guessing. Start knowing.

Your credit score is deciding your rent, your loans and your next move whether you watch it or not. Take the wheel, it's free to start.

No credit card. No impact on your score. Just upload your credit report.
How it works

From blind spot to
complete clarity.

Most UAE residents check their credit score once, if ever. Savvy turns a paid, manual, intimidating government process into something that just runs quietly in the background, and speaks up when it matters.

1

Get your credit report

Download your full official credit report, it's AED 84, and it's the last time the process will ever feel painful.

2

Upload it to Savvy

Drop the PDF in. We decode it in seconds, your score, the five factors behind it, and every account on your file. Personal identifiers are stripped before anything touches our AI.

3

See everything, clearly

Your number, what's moving it and what to do next, all in plain language. Re-upload whenever you want to track how it changes.

The difference

Banks tell you what happened.
Savvy tells you what's about to.

Every banking app in the UAE alerts you after a transaction. None of them predict what it does to your credit, your liquidity, or your next loan. That gap is the whole point of Savvy.

The old way

Reactive

Pay AED 84 for the full report, or AED 10.50 for the score alone. Read a dense PDF. Understand none of it. Find out about the problem when your mortgage gets rejected.

The Savvy way

Predictive

Upload your report and see your score, what's moving it, and exactly what to fix first, in plain language, before it costs you.

The outcome

In control

Walk into every financial decision knowing your number, knowing the impact, and knowing you've caught any errors before they cost you.

It takes minutes, not years.

The hardest part is starting. Download your report, upload it once, and the whole picture is finally yours.

Features

Four tools that do
one job properly.

Savvy is deliberately focused. Not a budgeting app, not a wealth advisor, not a financial everything-store. A credit protection product that makes sure you're never blindsided again.

Always on

About Savvy

The credit intelligence layer
the UAE never had.

Savvy exists to do one thing the UAE has always been missing: make your credit score understandable, watchable and defendable, so it works for you instead of quietly working against you.

First, the basics. What actually is a credit score?

In the UAE it's a number from 300 to 900, calculated by the country's official credit bureau from how you handle credit. Pay on time, keep balances low, and it climbs. Miss payments, lean too hard on buy-now-pay-later, max out cards, and it falls.

That number is quietly one of the most powerful things about your financial life here. It decides whether you get a mortgage and at what rate. Whether the car loan is approved. Whether the travel credit card comes through. Increasingly, landlords and even employers look at it too.

And yet almost nobody can see it clearly. The only way to check is to buy your report from the bureau, AED 84 for the full file, AED 10.50 for the score alone, then decode a dense PDF written for banks, not people.

The category

The rest of the world
solved this years ago.

In most mature markets, knowing and protecting your credit score is free, continuous and effortless. The UAE has had nothing equivalent, until now.

United Kingdom & beyond

ClearScore

Gives millions free, ongoing credit visibility across the UK, Australia, South Africa and Canada. Not present in the UAE or the wider GCC.

United States & Canada

Credit Karma

Made checking your score a free, everyday habit for over 100 million people, turning an opaque bureau number into something anyone can act on.

The UAE

The local bureau

A government bureau, not a consumer product. It provides the data, but no monitoring, no plain-language guidance, no dispute tooling. That gap is exactly where Savvy lives.

What we do

We turn a bureau number
into intelligence you can use.

Upload your credit report and Savvy becomes the layer on top, reading it, explaining it, showing what moves it, and helping you fight the errors. These are the principles we hold to.

Clarity over jargon

Bureau reports are written for banks. We translate everything into the plain language a person can actually act on.

Protection over profit

The thing that protects you stays free. We earn only when we make Savvy faster and sharper, never by gatekeeping your own data.

UAE-first, always

Built for this market, with your data stored in this country and handled under its data-protection law. Not a foreign product bolted onto local data.

Our story

We built Savvy because
one of us lost two years.

It started with a mistake that wasn't his.

A bank reported something incorrectly. A payment marked late that had been made on time. A small error on a file our founder couldn't even see, because in the UAE, your credit score isn't something you get to watch. It just sits there, deciding things about your life, behind a paywall and a PDF.

He found out the way most people do: at the worst possible moment. An application rejected. Then another. A mortgage that should have been simple, suddenly out of reach. No clear reason given, no obvious way to fix it, and a dispute process so opaque it swallowed two years of his life.

Here's the part the spreadsheets don't capture. When you've worked hard, played by the rules, saved for the thing, the house, the car, the card that finally lets you travel the way you wanted, and you get told no because of a number you were never allowed to see, it doesn't just cost you money.

It makes you feel like a stranger in your own financial life. Like the system has quietly decided something about you, and won't tell you what. There's a real shame in being rejected for something you did everything right to earn. That feeling sits with you.

That's the part we couldn't let go of. Not the points or the percentages, the helplessness. The sense that this could happen to anyone, and in a country where most people are newcomers to the credit system, it happens all the time.

So we built the product we wish had existed. Savvy turns that helplessness into control. It catches the damage early, explains it in plain language, and stands with you when something goes wrong, so the next person doesn't lose two years to a number they were never shown.

Don't get blindsided like we did.

See your number, understand it, and protect it, before it costs you the thing you worked for.
